Having some fun --- Around the Craft Table -- come craft with me!

Were doing some fun fall crafts in the Facebook group - and i'd love to have you join us! Last week we made a fall owl out of leaves-- and this week, i'm showing you how to decoupage napkins on candles.

This is a great craft for a beginning crafter -- something to do with the kids, or a fun group project. You can unlock your creativity with this too! I designed them for fall --- but you can do anything! They would be great for a centerpiece -- maybe for your wedding, or a party. A Girl Scout or Boy Scout craft for gifts - lots of possibilities.

Here is a list of supplies --- I'll include a link (**affiliate link**) to help you find what you need!

Supplies:

  • Modpodge

  • Glass candle holder -- in the video, i used candles from Walmart, but here are similar ones on Amazon

  • paper decorative napkins -- you can find these anywhere! and -- what a great way to use leftover napkins from special events, or to remember an event. Also -- a great tip -- if you only want a few napkins to craft with -- hit Etsy!! search "napkins for crafting" and you'll get a ton to search through.

  • a sponge brush

  • sanding blocks or nail file

  • jute twine, raffia -- or other embellishments (optional)

  • glue dots

  • heat tool/gun - (optional)

I posted a video in the group --- be sure to stop in and check it out! I hope you try it -- if you do, i want to see pics! leave one in the comment here or on the Facebook group page!

Check out -- Around the Craft Table on Facebook -- for this video and so much more!

I can't wait to see you Around the Craft Table! Thanks for stopping by --- and happy crafting!
