Yay! It's October! Fall is in full swing and many of you are getting ready for Halloween --- hmmm, or is it to early? Personally - I'm not a big Halloween person - but to each their own, right? lol.
October is one of my favorite months, also a bit bittersweet. I love October for all it offers here in the Northeast -- the leaves are beginning to change, the air is crisp -- bring on the apple picking, hayrides and flannels! October is also my birthday, and my husband and my anniversary. But -- with all of the fun, I'm also reminded that my mom passed 13 years ago this October. My mom and dad's wedding anniversary is also in October - and they will be spending it together this year for the first time in 13 years - dad passed this past July.
But - it's October -- let's have some fall fun!
