DIY Vintage Tin-Style Sunflower | Easy Early Fall Craft

As the days get cooler and fall approaches, it’s the perfect time to add some cozy, rustic decor to your home. This DIY Vintage Tin-Style Sunflower is a simple and affordable project that will give your space a charming, farmhouse feel. Using just a few materials from Dollar Tree and some basic craft supplies, you can create a stunning piece that looks like vintage tin without the heavy price tag!

Materials You’ll Need:

  • Faux Tin Tile (Dollar Tree)

  • Cardboard

  • Paint (choose your favorite fall colors)

  • Ribbon for hanging or extra decoration

Instructions:

  1. Start by cutting out a sunflower shape from the cardboard. This will serve as the base for your design. Get the TEMPLATE HERE.

  2. Paint the faux tin tile in a weathered, vintage style. You can go for soft metallics, rustic whites, or even rich fall tones for a sunflower that truly pops!

  3. Attach the faux tin tile pieces to the cardboard cutout.

  4. Add decorative ribbon, and twine for hanging, and you're done!
