Welcome to Christmas Crafternoon - 2023!
The Christmas Crafternoon Event was so much fun last year - I thought we'd do another one! (By the way - to check out the projects and info, reviews, pics and more - scroll down to find the link to the wrap up). This Crafternoon box will be a little different - you will choose between 2 kits/boxes -- one for a newbie, and one for those who have some experience.
How does this work?
-
First you will sign up for, and purchase your kit by the deadline (Nov. 1, 2023).
-
Your box will be shipped to you on Nov. 27, 2023.
-
A few days later - December 1 - the instructional videos will be launched. Feel free to work on it anytime you want - organize a crafting event with friends, or take an afternoon for yourself. Each box will contain 1 kit - that makes all projects.
What is included?

We will be making handmade greeting cards and tags. Each box will include everything you will need to complete the projects - the newbie boxes will have extra tools that someone with more experience may already have - for example, acrylic blocks for stamps, or ink pads. Items will be clearly marked. In all boxes, you may need to supply things like scissors, glue guns or rulers. An email will be headed to you before shipping that will outline any item you may need that won't be provided. Each kit will also include some fun "goodies and extras".

What are we making?
So glad you asked! ;) We will be making 4 traditional handmade greeting cards - 2 special cards - and 2 sets of 6 gift tags. The 4 cards will be just that, more traditional, and the special cards will be "extra" fun -- a fun fold, larger size, etc. We will be using rubber stamps, die cuts, and more!
But, I've never stamped before. . .
No worries! The beginner/newbie box will have (almost) everything you need - except maybe things like a ruler, or pencil, etc. And the video tutorials will walk you through the process. This is one of my passions -- rubber stamping and paper crafts! The cards I'm designing will be beginner friendly, but also not too simple for those with some experience to be bored.

Can I see the cards first?
Unfortunately, no. For this craft kit, I will be purchasing supplies based on the number of people signed up. The items can be costly, and the supplier I plan on using changes inventory frequently. So, something I might use and plan on now may not be available to order enough for the boxes later. And - because offering these kits is still new to Serenity Lane - I don't want to order ahead and "hope" that they all get spoken for. Somethings I can use extras of - like adhesive, but things like rubber stamps --- well, there are only so many 'Santa's in a Hawaiian skirt feeding his reindeer' that one person needs. (absolutely kidding on that - lol -- trust me, the stamps will be fun - but classy and reusable!) So -- the designs will be a surprise for now -- but keep watching my Facebook page --- there is a card or 2 that may not involve stamps that I may be able to show you before the deadline -- stay tuned in!

I can tell you ---
There will be a wide range of projects and ideas --from traditional Santa and manger scenes to general winter designs of snowflakes and mittens.

Sound good? I really hope you'll join me Around the Craft Table to spread some holiday greetings! If you have any questions I can answer -- please - drop me a email, or a note on the Facebook page. Once you get signed up , you'll also receive newsletter emails along the way to keep you updated.
